1、洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文）洛宁产业集聚区发展现状及对策研究摘要我国经济发达地区现在由于资源、劳动力成本、环境、市场等因素影响，区域资本已经相对饱和，当地市场难以满足资本增值的要求，发达地区大批产业已开始向经济欠发达地区梯度转移。这个产业转移的战略机遇期，为河南这个经济洼地借助外力，培育优势产业，发展地方经济提供了绝好的机会，而产业集聚区的发展是承接产业转移的重要着力点和落脚点。河南省当前发展县域经济、增强全省经济实力的重中之重是发展产业集聚区。河南省在承接产业转移、发展具有本地特色的产业集聚区的时候，得到了不少宝贵的经验，但也遇到了不少的困难和挑战。本
