2、术前水平比较差异有显著性（P<0.05），支架植入组术后24h，血浆Syndecan4蛋白水平明显下降，与术后1h及术前比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。②对照组冠状动脉造影术前、术后1h、术后24h三个时间点的血浆Syndecan4蛋白水平比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。急性冠状动脉综合征支架植入组术前、术后24h两时间点的血浆Syndecan4蛋白水平与对照组比较差异无显著性;术后1h血浆Syndecan4蛋白水平显著高于同时间点的对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠状动脉支架植入术能够明

7、1hour13afterangiography(P<0.05).However,statisticaldifferencesinplasmalevelsofSyndecan4proteinwerenotobservedbetweenthetwogroupsatbothpreoperationandat24hoursofpostoperation.ConclusionCoronarystentimplantationcouldsignificantlyincreaseplasmalevelsofSyndecan

8、4proteininpatientswithacutecoronarysyndrome.ItwassuggestedthatSyndecan4mightplayanimportantroleasabiologicalmediatorinthemechanicaldamagerepairandearly
