1、原发性肝癌中肝细胞生长因子mRNA的定量表达及其临床意义作者：浦涧，汪建初，韦忠恒，李良波，韦建宝，严浩然，覃志坚【摘要】 目的对原发性肝癌组织、癌旁组织以及正常肝脏组织肝细胞生长因子(HGF)mRNA进行定量测定，分析其表达与临床特征的关系，探讨其临床意义。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR检测59例原发性肝癌组织、相对应癌旁组织以及17例正常肝脏组织HGFmRNA的表达量，分析其表达量与性别、年龄、血清HBsAg、AFP、分化程度、肿瘤大小、临床分期、转移状态以及是否合并肝硬化等临床特征的关系。结果HGFmRNA在原发性肝癌组织、癌旁组织中的表达与
2、正常肝脏组织差异无显著性（P>0.05）。HGFmRNA在肝癌合并肝硬化组中的表达明显高于未合并肝硬化组（P<0.05），但与其它临床特征无关。结论HGFmRNA在肝癌合并肝硬化组织中呈高表达，提示可能与肝癌发生发展有关。【关键词】肝肿瘤聚合酶链反应肝细胞生长因子原癌基因蛋白质c-met AclinicalstudyonhumanHGFmessengerRNAexpressionanditsclinicalimplicationsinprimaryhepatocellular12carcinoma PUJian,WANGJian-

6、NAinHCCpatientscomplicatedwithlivercirrhosiswassignificantlyhigherthan12thosewithoutlivercirrhosis(P<0.05).However,nosignificantdifferencewasobservedamongHCCtissues,adjacentnon-cancerousandnormallivertissues(P>0.05).TherewerenosignificantcorrelationsbetweenHGFmRNAandoth
