1、西南大学荣昌校区商贸系2012级公共事业管理专业学年论文面对企业人才流失的浅析西南大学荣昌校区商贸系内容摘要:随着经济的发展和科技的进步,知识经济日益加深,人才资源成了企业发展的第一要素。拥有高素质的人才,是企业生存和发展的坚实基础,而威胁、危害企业之根,莫过于人才流失。经济全球化使得人才的流动日趋加快,尤其是国外企业在中国市场的抢滩登陆,更让国内企业的精英骨干纷纷流往国外。国内企业要想生存与发展,如何吸引人才和留住人才便成为至关重要的环节,谁在人才竞争中取得优势,谁就能在经济发展中取得领先。作为企业管理者,必须清醒地认识到,降低员工流失率,保
2、持企业核心员工队伍,才可以保持员工在企业发展的稳定性,避免给企业造成巨大的损失。本文从人才流失给企业造成的负面影响着手,追寻企业人才流失形成的主要原因,最终给出企业应对人才流失的管理方法。并从宏观、微观包括企业和个人角度分析了人才流失的原因,并且根据该企业的实际情况,分析了国内企业目前人力资源现状和存在的问题,得出了影响该企业人才流失的主要原因在于薪酬、培训、工作压力等。就此,并提出了一些适当的解决方案。Abstract:Withthedevelopmentoftheeconomyandtheprogressofscienceandtechno
