7、——通用原则》l ISO14011：1996《环境审核指南——审核程序——环境管理体系审核》l ISO14012：1996《环境审核指南——环境审核员资格要求》由国际标准化组织（ISO）制定的ISO19011《质量和（或）环境管理体系审核指南》国际标准已于2003年10月1日正式发布实施。该标准的发布在我国合格评定领域和有关方面引起了广泛的关注。就ISO9000族标准而言，这就是继ISO9000：2000《质量管理体系—基础和术语》、ISO9001：2000《质量管理体系—要求》和ISO9004：2000《质量管理体系—业绩改进指南》
