1、UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪参数RBC-INFORMATION值分析及应用姜志凤李慧菊杨一斐周军【摘要】目的 本文旨在通过对UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪红细胞形态(RBC-INFORMATION)这一参数与镜检结果的比对分析，研究探讨UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪RBC-INFO的干扰因素以及该参数临床应用价值。方法 对1000例住院病人的晨尿用UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪测定得出RBC-INFO结果，同时在显微镜下进行红细胞形态分析，再进行两者之间的比对。结果 两者在均一型结果符合率为76.7%
2、，出现假阳性为27.1%;在非均一型结果符合率为72.4%，出现假阳性为38.2%;在混合型结果符合率为72.3%，出现假阳性为38.2%;阴性结果符合率为98.3%，出现假阳性为1.7%。结论 当尿液中有非晶形尿酸盐、小圆上皮细胞、大量破碎上皮细胞、大量酵母菌和滴虫存在时，会大大增加假阳性的几率，当尿液中有影红细胞、红细胞碎片、酵母菌、红细胞高度异形性或聚集、荧光染料时则增加了假阴性的几率。总而言之，由于RBC-INFO在阴性结果有着较高的符合率和较低的假阳性率和假阴性率，因此在临床上可作为初筛
