1、IL9在变应性鼻炎患者外周血单个核细胞中的表达水平作者：吉均祥钱炜邹晨马永明林志强陈建国杨先知王胜军【摘要】目的：检测变应性鼻炎患者IL9的表达水平,探讨IL9在变应性鼻炎发生发展中的意义。方法：收集49例变应性鼻炎患者的外周血标本，其中未治疗组30例，临床缓解组19例，另取30例健康志愿者的外周血标本作为正常对照组。采用实时荧光定量PCR(QRTPCR)检测IL9基因在外周血中的表达水平，酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血浆IL9含量。结果：变应性鼻炎未治疗组外周血单个核细胞中IL9mRNA表达水平及血浆IL9含量明显高于变应性鼻炎

2、临床缓解组和正常对照组(P<0.05)，而变应性鼻炎临床缓解组与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义。变应性鼻炎未治疗组IL9mRNA表达水平与临床评分呈正相关。结论：变应性鼻炎患者外周血单个核细胞中IL9呈高表达。IL9可能参与了变应性鼻炎的病理过程，具体机制有待进一步探讨。【关键词】变应性鼻炎;白细胞介素9;实时荧光定量PCR　　ExpressionofIL9inperipheralbloodmononuclearcellwithallergicrhinitispatients13　　JIJunxiang1,QIANWei1,ZOUCh
