1、Axin蛋白表达与肝细胞癌发生及预后关系的研究作者：董承伟　曾勇　丁怡　庄冠一　李森【摘要】目的：明确Axin蛋白在正常肝组织、肝细胞癌组织、癌旁组织中的表达，探讨Axin蛋白表达与肝细胞癌的发生及与预后影响因素间的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法(SABC法)检测正常肝组织(15例)、肝细胞癌组织(40例)及其癌旁组织(21例)中Axin蛋白的表达及定位。结果：正常肝组织、肝细胞癌组织及癌旁组织中均有Axin蛋白表达，其阳性表达率分别为92.9%、57.5%和90.5%。Axin蛋白表达于阳性细胞胞质中;正常肝组织与癌旁组织中Axin蛋白的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);正常

2、肝组织和癌旁组织中Axin蛋白表达与癌组织比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Axin的表达与肝细胞癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、AFP表达水平无关(P>0.05)，而与临床病理分期、门静脉癌栓形成相关(P<0.05)。结论：Axin蛋白表达减弱可能参与肝细胞癌的发生;Axin蛋白表达水平可作为肝细胞癌患者诊断和预后判断的一项指标。【关键词】癌，肝细胞·Axin蛋白·免疫组织化学　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:TodetecttheexpressionanddistributionofAxininthenormallivertissue,9paracarc

5、ofpositivecellweremainlydistributedinthecytoplasm.NosignificantdifferenceintheexpressionofAxinwasfoundbetweennormallivertissuesandparacarcinomatoustissue(P>0.05),butnotbetweentheparacarcinomatoustissueandHCC(P<0.05).Axinproteinexpressionwerenotrelatedtoage,sex,tumorsizeandtheexpressionofAFP,

6、butweresignificantlycorrelatedwithportalveininvasionandclinicalpathologicalstage.Innormalstomachtissue,theexpressionofAxinisstronginthestemcellsandweakinthematurecells.Butitsexpressioninnormallivertissueiswell-proportioned.Conclusion：Axinexpressesmainly9inthestem-cells,anditsexpressionisimportantt
