5、fits.(two)thescopeofapplicationoflimitationofaction1.therightofclaimforlimitationofactionThelimitationofactionappliesonlytotherightofclaim.Inourcountry,thelimitationofactionisonlyapplicabletothetwokindsofclaims:claimofclaim;therightofclaimforinheritance(articleeightho
6、fthesuccessionlaw).2.therightofclaimthatdoesnotapplytothelimitationofaction(1)theprovisionsofthe"firstprovisions"limitationofaction,theclaimslimitationdoesnotapplythepaymentofdepositprincipalandinterestclaim;thepaymentoftreasurybonds,financialbonds,issuedtothespecific
7、objectofthecorporatebondsclaim;therelationshipbetweeninvestmentbasedonthepaymentofcapitaltherighttorequest.(2)accordingtothetheory,therightofclaimisnotapplicabletothelimitationofaction.Including:therighttorequesttheproperty(theclaimforrestitution,claimforremovalofinte
