1、中山大学硕士学位论文催化动力学光度法测定痕量铬和钒的研究姓名:沈淑君申请学位级别:硕士专业:分析化学指导教师:邹小勇20090609pg/mL,检出限为2.7x10"mg/mE。。将此体系应用于水样及土壤样品中铬的测定,结果令人满意。3.研究了在O.1mol/L磷酸介质中,活化剂抗坏血酸(C6H806)的作用下,v(v)催化氯酸钾(KCl03)氧化甲基红(C15H15N302)褪色的指示反应,由此建立了一种灵敏度高、选择性好的测定痕量钒的催化动力学光度新方法。研究了影响该催化褪色反应的因素。本方法的线性范围为0.09~7.0ng/mL,检出限为2.9x10‘1g

5、inductivelycoupledplasmamassspectrometry(ICP-MS)etc.Thoughtheabovemethodsmentionedareofhighsensitivityandaccuracy,theshortagesarealsoexistsobviously,eg.theapparatusareexpensive,theoperationaretimeconsuming.So,thedevelopmentofthesemethodswouldbelimitedonacertainextent.Thecatalytically
6、kineticspectrophotometryhasgoodsensitivity,excellentselectivity,simpleprocedure,andeasyoperation.Itisoneofthemostefficaciousmethodsinthemeasurementoftracemetalelement.Inthethesis,themeasurementsoftracechromium(VI)andvanadium(V)wereestablishedwithkineticspectrophotometry,andtheirreact
