1、射阳县夏熟秸秆综合利用工作总结射阳县人民政府二〇一〇年七月十六日我县是典型的农业大县，耕地面积160万亩左右，常年产生各类农作物秸秆近130万吨；今年大小麦面积102万亩，约产生秸秆41万吨。“三夏”工作全面开展以来，我县按照省、市统一部署要求，将夏季秸秆禁烧工作作为农业农村突击性、阶段性工作任务，摆上突出位置，坚持疏堵结合，严格督促检查，全力营造秸秆禁烧和综合利用的强势氛围，取得了阶段性成效。今年夏收我县共投入50马力以上大中型拖拉机1017台、大中型秸秆还田机751台、小型秸秆还田机767台，完成还田作业面积15.76万亩，利用秸秆总量达6.

2、48万吨，还田率达15.5%，其中集成机插秧面积6.31万亩，超额完成了省规定的目标任务；多渠道利用秸秆收到了明显成效，5个秸秆收储站项目、7个秸秆预处理站等秸秆能源化利用项目按省批复方案已全部实施到位，壮大和发展秸秆收购企业5个、农民经纪人230个，收购秸秆总量达2.5万吨，能源化利用秸秆达8.44万吨，国能电厂利用秸秆6.3万吨，其他方式利用秸秆0.09万吨。今年夏季共利用麦秸秆31.5万吨、油菜秸秆4.9万吨，disease,andendocrinebonediseaseAccordingtotheprofessionalfuturewor
