3、的重要途径之一。众所周知，连锁企业是商品流通企业的典型代表，商品的流通性是灵魂。因此，针对存货和如何进行存货的管理，连锁公司尤为重视。本论文遵循“提出问题，分析问题，解决问题”思路，通过分四个章节，结合某某连锁南昌分公司存货及存货管理现状，提出公司在存货管理过程中存在的几个突出问题。第一，公司存货积压影响现金流；第二，内部存货管理制度不健全不合理；第三，盘点过程中的不规范等等。最后运用目前国际通用的一些存货管理方法与所学的理论知识，结合公司实际状况，寻找出适合公司本身存货管理需求的方法，以满足公司存货管理要求，为公司创造良好的存货管理环境，从
