1、xx大学机械工程学院毕业设计（论文）600S-75型双吸单级离心泵设计摘要：本文主要介绍了600S-75型双吸单级离心泵的设计计算过程。主要包括离心泵的整体结构设计、水力设计计算、压水室的设计计算、吸水室的设计计算及主要零部件的校核。本设计中的离心泵是具有一个叶轮的双支撑中开式离心泵。该离心泵具有经过优化设计的双吸式叶轮，从而使离心泵所受轴向力大为减小。叶轮叶片的叶型具有良好的水力性能，具有较好的抗汽蚀性能和较高的工作效率。该离心泵采用了螺旋形压水室，泵腔中的水流量轴对称，水力性能良好，具有相对较小的水力损失。吸水室采用了半螺旋形结构，该结构
