3、ulationenactedbytheChinesegovernment,thePartyA’sworksystemandregulationsconcerningadministrationofforeignexperts.2.PartyAshallconductdirection,supervisionandevaluationofPartyB’swork.3.PartyAshallprovidePartyBnecessaryworkingandlivingconditions.4.PartyAshallprovideco
4、-workers.5.PartyAshallpayPartyB’ssalaryregularlybythemonth.Ⅵ.PartyB’sObligations1.PartyBshallobservethelaws,decreesandrelevantregulationsenactedbytheChinesegovernmentandshallnotinterfereinChina’sinternalaffairs.2.PartyBshallobservePartyA’sworksystemandregulationscon
5、cerningadministrationofforeignexpertsandshallacceptPartyA’sarrangement,direction,supervisionandevaluationinregardtohis/herwork.WithoutPartyA’sconsent,PartyBshallnotrenderserviceelsewhereorholdconcurrentlyandpostunrelatedtotheworkagreedonwithPartyA.3.PartyBshallcompl
6、etethetasksagreedononscheduleandguaranteethequalityofwork.4.PartyBshallrespectChina’sreligiouspolicy,andshallnotconductreligiousactivitiesincompatiblewithstatusofanexpert.5.PartyBshallrespecttheChinesepeople’smoralstandardsandcustoms.Ⅶ.Revision,CancellationandTermin
7、ationoftheContract1.BothPartiesshouldabidebythecontractandshouldrefrainfromrevising,canceling,orterminatingthecontractwithoutmutualconsent.2.Thecontractcanberevised,canceled,orterminatedwithmutualconsent.BeforebothPartieshavereachedandagreement,thecontractshouldbest
