2、和逆转录聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）的方法分别研究大鼠垂体中NPY及其受体的表达。结果（1）实验组大鼠垂体符合垂体腺瘤的诊断标准；（2）免疫组化和RT-PCR研究表明，在实验组大鼠垂体腺瘤中NPY及其Y1R和Y2R的基因表达水平明显低于对照组垂体。（3）免疫电镜显示NPY阳性颗粒主要位于腺垂体细胞的内分泌颗粒中。结论通过雌激素诱导Wistar大鼠，可以成功建立垂体腺瘤动物模型；实验组大鼠垂体腺瘤中NPY及其受体的表达下调可能与肿瘤的发生有关。【关键词】大鼠；垂体腺瘤；神经肽Y；受体。ExpressionofneuropeptideY(NP
