2、versityofBerlin.Thefemaleprofessorhadbeeninvolvedinthediscoveryofthenuclearfissionreactionofuranium,andlatermadeacorrectexplanation.Theatombombwasdevelopedonthisbasis.WangGanchang'sscientificcareerwasboundupwithnuclearphysicsfromthestart,andhelaterbecameaworldfamousnuclearphysicist,whoha
3、slongservedaschairmanoftheChinesenuclearphysicssociety.BecauseofhiscontributionstoChina'snuclearpowerindustry,andpraisedhimas"ChinaandOppenheimer"(Oppenheimeristhefatheroftheatomicbomb).ThesecondisZhaoJiuzhang.Heisthefifth(1933)graduateoftheDepartmentofphysicsofQinghuauniversity.WhenYeQi
4、sunsenthimabroadtostudy,hewantedtochangemeteorologybyconsideringtheneedsofthecountry.In1935,ZhaoJiuzhangwenttoGermanytostudyabroadandstudiedmeteorology.In1938,hereceivedhisdoctorate.Afterreturninghome,hebecamethefounderandpioneerofAtmosphericPhysicsandGeophysicsinchina.In1957,theSovietUn
5、ionsuccessfullylaunchedtheworld'sfirstman-madeearthsatellite,hekeenlyawareofaneweraofhumanspaceexplorationiscoming,in1964wrotetoPremierZhouEnlai,aformalproposalinChinasatellitedevelopmentandspacephysicsexploration,andleadershippreparationofChineseAcademyofSciences,SatelliteDesignInstitut
6、e,Chinasatellitedevelopmentfeats.Therefore,in80sChineseacademyreporttotheStateScienceandtechnologyawardsatelliteresearchanddevelopment,accordingtothesizeoftheachievementrankingfortheZhaoJiuzhang,QianJi,TsienHsueshen,WangDaheng,ChenFangyun,ZhaoJiuzhangisthefirstheroChinesesatellite"fullyd
