4、yredraftingsofpapersalreadypublishedorabouttobepublishedelsewhere.Asawhole,theproceedingsshouldaimforabalancedpresentationofthethemeoftheconferenceincludingadescriptionofthetechniquesusedandenoughmotivationforabroadreadership.Itshouldnotbeassumedthatthepublishedproceedin
5、gsmustreflecttheconferenceinitsentirety.(Alistingorabstractsofpaperspresentedatthemeetingbutnotincludedintheproceedingscouldbeaddedasanappendix.)WhenapplyingforpublicationintheseriesLectureNotesinPhysicsthevolume’seditor(s)shouldsubmitsufficientmaterialtoenabletheseriesedi
6、torsandtheirrefereestomakeafairlyaccurateevaluation(e.g.acompletelistofspeakersandtitlesofpaperstobepresentedandabstracts).If,basedonthisinformation,theproceedingsare(tentatively)accepted,thevolume’seditor(s),whosename(s)willappearonthetitlepages,shouldselectthepaperssui
