1、催化重整装置能耗计算摘要催化重整不仅能生产高新烷值汽油为炼厂提供廉价的氢气。还能生产苯、甲苯、二甲苯。本设计是基于以连续重整工艺为流程,以生产苯、甲苯、二甲苯为目的来进行计算的。本设计主要是以物料变化为线索,分别对原料的预处理、重整反应、芳烃抽提和芳烃精馏四个相对独立部分进行了能耗的计算。其中预处理部分包括预分馏、预加氢反应、脱水蒸馏三个步骤的计算。重整部分包括净化学能反应能耗、产物冷凝冷却不可回收热的计算。抽提部分包括蒸汽喷射泵的耗蒸汽量、冷凝冷却负荷的计算。精馏部分包括冷凝冷却不可回收热的计算。通过先计算重整反应各部分的理论能耗来计算了实际能耗
2、。其中实际能耗又包括循环水耗量、新鲜水耗量、蒸汽能耗量、加热炉的热负荷等五个部分的能耗。由于工业上对芳烃的需求量日益增加,催化重整在石油工业利益起着很大的作用。而目前面临着资源短缺、能量的浪费,因此对催化重整能耗的研究是必不可少的,本文关键词:催化重整理论能耗实际能耗iEnergyCalculationCatalyticReformingABSTRACTCatalyticreformingcannotonlyproducehigh-valuesgasolineandcheaphydrogenrefineries.Butalsoproducebenz
