4、dhasbeenthebasisforCVRdiscussion.Thisstandardhasrecentlygainedsomemomentum,inparticular,tostipulatesthatundernormaloperatingconditionsthevoltagereducethepeakdemand.Thisisalsoanintegralpartofatthecustomerpremisemustbelimitedto±5%ofitsnominalthediscussion
