3、andafewsmallerproducers.Totalliquidfuelsproductionisforecasttogrowbyanannualaverageof3%in2013and8%in2014,ledbyAngola,Ghana,andSouthSudaninbothyearsandNigeriain2014.IfSouthSudan’sproductionisshutinforthesecondhalfof2013andallof2014andunplanneddisruption
