1、机械设计与制造毕业论文--一齿差减速卷扬机设计摘要本次毕业设计的目标是设计一款结构新颖的卷扬机减速器安装在卷筒内部使结构非常紧凑减速器采用一齿差行星传动内齿圈与卷筒固定在一起行星齿轮有两个采用对称布置以减少因惯性力引起的振动输出机构采用柱销式用键与支座固定不能转动主动轴转动时使行星轮与内齿轮啮合由于输出机构不动行星齿轮只能公转不能自传迫使内齿圈转动带动卷筒转动由于内齿轮和外齿轮的齿数差少因此在渐开线少齿差内啮合传动中常常会产生各种干涉为了保证内啮合传动的正常运转设计时要满足主要的两个限制条件是即要保证啮合率不小于1同时不发生齿廓重
