1、樊学油区樊丙联合站设计摘要樊学油区联合站拟建于地处定边县和吴旗县境内的定边采油厂樊学油区。该地区属陕北黄土塬区，由沟、墚、茆地形组成，地面海拔1400~1730m。联合站可建在梁弯东1km处，史家山西南侧的半山上。该区域地势平坦，交通方便。站外来油经加热炉进行加热，再经过三相分离器首先进行油、气、水的分离，之后经过稳定塔进行原油稳定，最后经外输泵和计量间等向外输送。站内气体直接送往气体处理厂进行处理。站内划分为油罐区，污水处理区，工艺区，配电区，消防区，辅助生产区，设计时设计了有泵流程，同时也考虑了停电流程，即事故流程。根据任务书所给该站的处理量和各种设计参
2、数，首先初步选择了各工艺段设备，接着确定了总平面布置和联合站的工艺流程。完成了站内的水力、热力计算以及三相分离器、加热炉、稳定塔的选型和校核，并进行了罐区计算，选取了浮顶油罐；接下来绘制了联合站平面布置图，联合站工艺流程图；之后又进行了站内管线的选取，以及外输泵和脱水泵的选取。最后设计并画了阀组间安装图。关键词：联合站；油气分离；工艺流程；平面布置；泵房安装DesigningofFanCmulti-purposestationinFanxueoilregionAbstractFanxue C central oil and gas treating stat
