1、天津人才服务标准(2000字)天津市人才服务机构公共服务标准之一人事代理服务规范一、适用范围本规范适用于经市人事行政管理部门批准，依法取得《人才流动中介服务许可证》，从事人事代理的政府人事部门和行业所属人才服务机构（以下简称人才服务机构）。二、术语定义本规范中的人事代理，是指人才服务机构依照国家法律、法规和政策规定，接受单位或个人委托，在授权范围内为委托方办理与人事管理相关的服务事项。三、服务内容organizationsystemandworkingmode,theselectionofanumberofmunicipalstrengtheninggroupt
