1、一级圆锥齿轮减速器的CAE技术[摘要]随着科学技术和国民经济的发展,渐开线齿轮传动减速器的需求量越来越大,质量要求也越来越高,传统的减速器设计方法己不能满足用户的需求,CAD/CAE技术的迅速发展使得它无论在机械、电子、航空、建筑等领域都获得了成功的应用。这对于提高产品性能和质量、缩短产品开发周期、降低成本和增强市场竞争力起了巨大的作用。对减速器进行CAD/CAE下的建模和仿真,是传统技术和现代技术的紧密结合,它不但符合科技发展的规律,也会使各自的应用、研究及发展获得意想不到的效果。Pro/MECHANICAStructure是集静态、动态结构分析于
2、一体的有限元模块,它不仅能够模拟真实环境为模型施加约束及载荷,而且能够测算模型的应力、应变、位移等参数,实现静态、模态、翘曲、疲劳、动态响应、振动等分析。本课题主要以Pro/E软件为工具,进行了圆锥齿轮减速器的虚拟设计和运动仿真,齿轮齿阔的静应力分析,完成了减速器的CAE过程。[关键词]圆锥齿轮减速器装配运动仿真参数化设计Pro/MechanicStructure有限元分析TheCAEtechnologyofLeveltapergearreducerAbstract:Alongwiththescienceandtechnologyandthenati
