1、一级圆锥齿轮减速器虚拟装配及仿真设计陕西理工学院毕业设计一级圆锥齿轮减速器的CAE技术[摘要]随着科学技术和国民经济的发展,渐开线齿轮传动减速器的需求量越来越大,质量要求也越来越高,传统的减速器设计方法己不能满足用户的需求,CAD/CAE技术的迅速发展使得它无论在机械、电子、航空、建筑等领域都获得了成功的应用。这对于提高产品性能和质量、缩短产品开发周期、降低成本和增强市场竞争力起了巨大的作用。对减速器进行CAD/CAE下的建模和仿真,是传统技术和现代技术的紧密结合,它不但符合科技发展的规律,也会使各自的应用、研究及发展获得意想不到的效果。Pro/MECHANICAStructu
2、re是集静态、动态结构分析于一体的有限元模块,它不仅能够模拟真实环境为模型施加约束及载荷,而且能够测算模型的应力、应变、位移等参数,实现静态、模态、翘曲、疲劳、动态响应、振动等分析。本课题主要以Pro/E软件为工具,进行了圆锥齿轮减速器的虚拟设计和运动仿真,齿轮齿阔的静应力分析,完成了减速器的CAE过程。[关键词]圆锥齿轮减速器装配运动仿真参数化设计Pro/MechanicStructure有限元分析一级圆锥齿轮减速器虚拟装配及仿真设计陕西理工学院毕业设计TheCAEtechnologyofLeveltapergearreducerAbstract:Alongwiththesc
