2、awaviciousrecessionspreadacrossournationandtheworld.Ithasbeen,andstillis,ahardtimeformany.Buttonight,weturnthepage.Tonight,afterabreakthroughyearforAmerica,oureconomyisgrowingandcreatingjobsatthefastestpacesince1999.Ourunemploymentrateisnowlowerthanitwasbeforethefinancialcrisis.Moreofour

3、kidsaregraduatingthaneverbefore;moreofourpeopleareinsuredthaneverbefore;weareasfreefromthegripofforeignoilaswe’vebeeninalmost30years.Tonight,forthefirsttimesince9/11,ourcombatmissioninAfghanistanisover.Sixyearsago,nearly180,000AmericantroopsservedinIraqandAfghanistan.Today,fewerthan15,00

4、0remain.Andwesalutethecourageandsacrificeofeverymanandwomaninthis9/11Generationwhohasservedtokeepussafe.Wearehumbledandgratefulforyourservice.America,forallthatwe’veendured;forallthegritandhardworkrequiredtocomeback;forallthetasksthatlieahead,knowthis:Theshadowofcrisishaspassed,andtheSta
