2、仅仅关注商品的销售的的正向物流，还要注重逆向物流管理所造成的损失。本文紧密结合零售连锁超市的实际情况，针对该行业在物流系统中出现的问题，应用现代科学管理理论和方法及现代物流信息技术对物流管理信息系统进行改进。着重对物流采购、库存管理和配送管理三个子系统进行了设计和改进。在采购管理中，综合考虑商品需求、销售和库存情况进行采购工作，减少采购过程中的盲目性，降低了采购成本。在库存管理中，实现了配送中心对库存的统一管理和集中存储，并且设计了适合零售连锁超市的库存批次管理、单品管理、和自动补货处理。在配送管
