1、马铃薯晚疫病菌对嘧菌酯的敏感性基线的建立及其抗性风险初探摘要采用菌丝生长抑制法测定了107株于2006年采集、分离自黑龙江省5个不同地区的马铃薯晚疫病菌对甲霜灵和嘧菌酯的敏感性,结果表明有近50%的菌株对甲霜灵表现mL。1之间,最高与最低抗性;嘧菌酯对这些菌株的EC50值在0.0053pgmL4~O.173899株对嘧菌酯的敏感性呈连续性分布,未出现敏感性明显下降的抗药病原亚群体,因此,上述参数可作为马铃薯晚疫病菌对嘧菌酯的敏感性基线。在室内采用自然选择、紫外诱变和化学诱变方法均获得了马铃薯晚疫病
2、菌对甲霜灵和嘧菌酯的抗性突变体,但前者的抗性突变频率和抗性水平均远高于后者;共获得10株抗嘧菌酯的突变体,抗性指数RF介于1.6~20.1之间,但抗药突变体与亲本菌株相比,在离体条件下的菌丝生长速率、产孢子囊能力、致病性等方面均未发生明显变化,表明马铃薯晚疫病菌对嘧菌酯存在潜在抗性风险,嘧菌酯与甲霜灵、霜脲氰、烯酰吗啉、醚菌酯之间不存在交互抗性。田间抗性筛选试验表明,在田间连续多次使用嘧菌酯后,mL。1嘧菌酯的黑麦蔗糖培养能筛选到对嘧菌酯表现轻微抗性的菌株,这些菌株在含llxg基RSA上生长,而其
