1、造水机管理、维护及故障分析Adjustfreshwatergeneratormaintenancemanagementandfailureanalysis摘 要船舶在大海中航行，每天需要消耗大量的淡水，远洋船舶的航线长，淡水完全靠携带，势必要减少船舶的装载能力。因此远洋船舶都设有造水机，以提高船舶的续航能力，增加货运量，满足船舶航行中的多变性。故造水机的管理、维护及故障分析就势在必行了。运行管理的内容主要是维护装置的给水倍率、真空度、淡水的质量、盐水水位、凝水水位、海水压力在正常范围内，并在运行中，对装置进行防垢投药。造水机的维护保养工作主要是定期检查冷凝器、蒸发器的
2、密封性、防止漏气漏水；对冷凝器水侧进行清洗，对蒸发器进行除垢和清洗；检查盐度检测装置的工作是否正常；每年检查冷凝器、蒸发器的防蚀锌块，耗蚀过半予以换新等。在船舶上船员的饮水、主机的冷却水等时刻是离不开淡水的。因此对造水机的管理、维护及故障分析也是必不可少的。关键词：船舶；造水机；启动；管理；维护；故障分析10AbstractShipssailintheseaineveryday,andneedtoconsumelargeamountsoffreshwater,oceanshippingroutelong,freshwateroutAllbycarrying,certai
