1、湟源县设施农业发展现状、存在问题及对策研究毕业生：葛占平摘要：本文系统地阐述了设施农业的概念及特征，从设施农业的发展和规模及产品品种和成功的经验等四方面，描述了湟源县设施农业的发展状况，着重以生产规模、资金投入、品牌效益、农民增收等方面分析了存在的问题，针对存在的问题，提出相应建议和今后湟源县设施农业建设的努力方向。关键词：设施农业存在问题对策研究近年来，我县把发展设施农业作为推进农业结构战略性调整，解决“三农”问题中实现农业增效农民增收的突破口和增长点，县委、县政府也把这项工作(称之谓“暖棚经济”)确定为我县重点培育的“五大经济”之一，加强组织领
2、导，强化工作措施，增加资金投入，取得了明显成效。设施农业的发展在一定程度上摆脱了自然环境的制约，适应了青藏高原冷凉气候，趋利避害发展农业生产，也符合湟源农业和农村发展实际，是一条促进农民致富，带动整个农村经济结构调整和改善生态环境的成功之路，是农业经济新的增长点，但目前还存在投入不足、布局分散，规模小、品牌产品缺乏、产中、产后服务不到位等问题，致使经济效益较低，针对这些情况和存在的问题进行分析和研究，提出我县发展设施农业的对策措施。一、设施农业的概念及特征theirownconditionstodevelopthecorrectroad,thema
