2、要求做到各项功能要完备、操作要简便、易学易用等特点.综合上述各项要求，本文首先分析了企业工资管理系统的应用现状，阐述了本工资管理系统的开发目的，秉持对数据库技术的现状与发展决定数据库系统的选择的原则，系统开发工具的选择一系列问题的分析确定了系统的开发平台.接着阐述了MVC系统基本理论，并在此理论指导下，详细给出了从工资管理系统分析到总体设计，详细设计与实现及测试的各个环节内容，最后对本系统作了客观的评价.评价指明了系统的现实意义，缺点以及系统的升级方向.利用其能快速构建各类对象，特别是数据窗口这一能方便而简洁操纵数据库的最具特色的智能化控件，在短时间内快速建立起系
