1、摘要山西高河能源有限公司(SGEC)是山西潞安矿业(集团)有限责任公司和亚美大陆煤炭有限公司(AACI)共同投资建设的大型煤矿。高河矿井(含选煤厂和铁路专用线)位于长治市长治县高村西南侧,地处沁水煤田东部中段。采用立井开拓,工业场地内布置有主、副、风三个立井井筒。本次设计主要包括:山西高河煤矿的基本概况;山西高河煤矿主井基岩段施工组织设计包括建井施工准备:技术准备、工程准备、物资与施工劳动准备、对外协作,主井表土的施工组织设计:冻结方案设计(冻结深度、冻结方案的确定)、表土掘进、井壁施工,主井井筒基岩段的施工组织设计:
