3、enuatorscoupledwiththeinterconnectionofthenetwork'sverticalstacks.Thispaperpresentsasimulationbasedonafour-stacknetworkthatillustratesflowmechanismswithinthepipeworkfollowingbothappliancedischargegenerated,andsewerimposed,transients.Thissimulationidentifiestherole
4、oftheactiveairpressurecontroldevicesinmaintainingsystempressuresatlevelsthatdonotdepletetrapseals.Furthersimulationexerciseswouldbenecessarytoprovideproofofconcept,anditwouldbeadvantageoustoparallelthesewithlaboratory,andpossiblysite,trialsforvalidationpurposes.De
