1、如何对员工心理进行管理摘要在国际和国内经济社会发展的双重压力里，如何能够充分调动员工的工作积极性，全身性投入到工作中去，就成为很多学者和管理人员需要研究和重视的问题。虽然国内对工作投入的研究相对较少，但是越来越多的资料表明超过半数的国内国有企业员工出现了不同程度的工作倦怠情况。在此背景下，本文从工作投入的角度来对影响工作投入的因素进行研究就有了积极的意义。研究探讨该国有企业现行员工心理问题与原因，及员工工作投入不足对企业的影响。然后，根据影响该企业心理问题因素的分析，设立有效可行的提升员工工作投入方案。通过建构科学合理的员工心理指导，以提高员工的工作效率，提升企业绩效
