1、贵阳市国有企业监事会工作指引第一部分指导原则一、贵阳市国有企业监事会由监事会主席、专职监事、职工代表监事组成，监事会实行主席负责制。二、监事会在贵阳市人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会（以下简称“市国资委”）领导下开展工作，对市国资委负责并报告工作。市国资委监事会工作处承担监事会的日常管理和服务工作。三、监事会以《贵阳市国有企业监事会暂行规定》为依据，以财务监督为核心，按照出资人意志依法履行职责，尊重并维护企业的自主经营权利。四、监事会与企业是监督与被监督的关系，监事会不参与、不干预企业的经营决策和经营管理活动。第二部分监事会会议一、监事会会议由监事会主席召集和主持，监事会
