7、gaspectscontent:(1)idealfaith—9—征收茂名市市辖区（含茂南区、茂港区、滨海新区，下同）集体土地上房屋、构筑物及其附着物（以下统称房屋），并对被征收人予以补偿、安置的，适用本办法。第三条茂名市市辖区集体土地上房屋征收与补偿安置职责分工如下：区人民政府负责辖区内房屋征收补偿安置的具体组织实施工作。所在地的镇人民政府、街道办事处以及村（居）民委员会负责做好房屋征收与补偿安置的具体工作；市住房和城乡建设局负责建设管理工作；市国土资源局负责土地管理工作；市城乡规划局负责规划管理工作；市土
8、地开发储备中心负责房屋征收与补偿管理工作；市监察局负责征收安置项目监察工作；市审计局负责征收安置项目审计工作；市物价局负责价格认证保全工作；市财政、公安、发改、金融、人防、文化、教育、卫生、民政、电信、供电、环保、农业、林业、税务等有关部门在各自职责范围内配合做好房屋征收与补偿安置的相关工作。第四条茂名市市辖区集体土地房屋征收与补偿安置工作按统一规划、分类实施的原则进行。第五条房屋征收必须符合城乡规划，市政、公用
