3、ceptassuchdisclosure,useorpublicationmayberequiredinconnectionwithmyworkfortheCompany,orunlessanexecutiveofficeroftheCompanyexpresslyauthorizessuchinwriting.Theterm"ProprietaryInformation"shallmeantradesecrets,confidentialknowledge,dataoranyotherinformationofthe
4、Company.Bywayofillustrationbutnotlimitation,"ProprietaryInformation"includes(a)inventions,maskworks,tradesecrets,ideas,processes,formulas,sourceandobjectcodes,data,programs,otherworksofauthorship,know-how,improvements,discoveries,developments,designsandtechnique
5、s(hereinaftercollectivelyreferredtoas"Inventions");and(b)informationregardingplansforresearch,development,newproducts,regulatorymatters,marketingandselling,businessplans,budgetsandunpublishedfinancialstatements,licenses,pricesandcosts,suppliersandcustomers;andin
6、formationregardingtheskillsandcompensationofotheremployeesoftheCompany.2.THIRDPARTYINFORMATIONIunderstand,inaddition,thattheCompanyhasreceived,andinthefuturewillreceive,fromthirdpartiesconfidentialorproprietaryinformation("ThirdPartyInformation")subjecttoadutyon
7、theCompany'sparttomaintaintheconfidentialityofsuchinformationandtouseitonlyforcertainlimitedpurposes.Duringthetermofmyemploymentandthereafter,IwillholdThirdPartyInformationinthestrictestconfidenceandwillnotdisclosetoanyone(exceptinconnectionwithmyworkfortheCompa
