1、原创通过答辩毕业设计说明书论文QQ194535455台灯罩模具设计及其型腔仿真加工摘要:本课题设计是对台灯罩模具设计和型腔仿真加工。设计过程中采用Pro/EWildfire4.0进行三维造型、分型面设计和模流分析,用CAD进行零件图和装配图的绘制,用Mastercam9.1进行模具型腔的仿真加工。根据制品的体积、质量和要求选定注塑机型号,再确定模具型腔为一模二腔;考虑模具外观要求等诸多因素,选取分型面在塑件的底面;为使塑件能够快速均匀的冷却,冷却流道布置为环绕式;浇口采用潜伏式浇口,使两个型腔同时得到均匀的充填和成型;由于制品需要侧抽芯,经过验证,抽芯机构
2、采用最常用的斜导柱分型与抽芯机构;顶出机构是制品的脱模装置,依据塑件结构采用8根顶杆;由于塑件是薄壁结构可能出现注塑不完整,通过模流分析验证注塑流体可以充满型腔,符合设计要求。分析型腔的加工工艺,在Mastercam9.1中完成刀具路径设定,确定数控加工代码,通过仿真加工确定是否满足加工要求。通过使用模具设计应用软件,使模具设计效率大大提高,符合设计要求。关键词:模具设计仿真加工注塑模具33原创通过答辩毕业设计说明书论文QQ194535455TheDesignandSimulationProcessingofReadingLampMoldAbstract:
