3、o,andthecargoistrueandlegal.Oncethetruesituationdoesn’tconformtothecontentdeclaredtoCustomsandQualitySupervision,InspectionandQuarantineAdministration,PartyAshallundertakealltheresponsibilities,irrelevantwithPartyB.IfPartyAisnotanenterpriseinNingboExportProcessingZone,itneedstotakePartyBasthenom
4、inaloperationunitandreceivingunitinthezonetogothroughallkindsofformalitiesintheofficeofNingboBondedAreaCustomsinExportProcessingZone,buttherightsandlegalresponsibilitiesofPartyAanditsappointedagentonthecargoremainunchanged.II.ForthecargoofPartyAenteringthewarehouseofPartyBforthefirsttime,itmusti
5、nformPartyBoftheinformationsuchasthename,specification,HScode,partnumberandfirstmeasurementunitofthecargo.ThebondedstoragecargorecordedinadmissiontobestoredinthewarehousethistimeshallsubjecttotheexpressedcontentofWarehousingNotice.III.AfterPartyAanditsappointedagentholdtheunloadinglistsignedandi
6、ssuedbytheunitinthezoneandwarehouseentryloadinglistsignedandissuedbyPartyBtothecustomspassforinspection,releasingandverifyingtheloadinglist,PartyBcanallowtheentryofthecargointothewarehouseaccordingtotheloadinglistverifiedatthecustomspass.Ifitneedsactualwarehousingoperation,duringtheoperationproc
7、ess,PartyBshallhavecivilizedloadingandunloading,carefullycountthequantityandhavevisualtestontheexternalpackagequality.Ifitdiscoversquantityshortage,externalpackagedestroyorseveredamage,itshallimmediatelynotifyPartyA,carryout
