6、latedeconomicandsocialproblems.Hangzhou,asoneoftheFirst-tiercities,with446.7thousandcollegestudents,isundoubtedlyfacingthesameproblemstoo.HangzhouhasaGDPof701.9billionin2011,andtheannualeconomicgrowthratehasbeenabove10%since2003.AlthoughthegovernmentinHangzhouhasbeenencouraginggraduatestudentsto
