1、C公司原材料采购现状及问题分析毕业论文毕业论文(2010届)C公司原材料采购现状及问题分析摘要随着经济全球化进程的加快,企业竞争日趋激烈。企业要想在市场中立于不败之地,不仅要在研发、生产、销售环节上不断改进,而且要在采购上挖掘潜力。中小型服装企业如果能够运用供应链采购管理思想,就可以通过迅速提升产品价值来确定市场竞争优势,就可以更快、更成功地开拓新的市场。本文的研究对象??浙江创越时装有限公司,虽然企业已意识到采购管理的重要性,但企业自身的采购理念仍然陈旧且采购流程繁琐,这样就不可避免地碰到各种采购问题。全文分三个部分
2、。第一部分阐述企业采购管理的相关理论;第二部分针对实例浙江创越时装有限公司,对采购管理现状及存在问题进行分析,找出制约共识发展的问题,有采购观念上的不足、采购工作效率较低、采购流程存在问题、供应商管理中存在问题;第三部分提出加强浙江创越时装有限公司采购管理的对策,分别是提升采购管理的战略意识、建立高效的采购管理组织结构、加强公司各部门联系、对供应商进行科学分类管理。关键词:采购管理;供应商选择;采购流程AbstractWiththeaccelerationofeconomicglobalization,theenter
