1、医疗技术准入管理制度霍邱县第二人民医院为加速医院发展，提高学科整体医疗技术水平，进一步规范新技术、新项目的申报和审批流程，完善新技术项目的临床应用质量控制管理，保障医疗安全，提高医疗质量，根据卫生部《医疗技术临床应用管理办法（试用）》，结合我院的实际，特制定新技术、新项目管理制度。一、新技术项目包括：1、使用新试剂的诊断项目；2、使用二、三类医疗技术器械的诊断和治疗项目；3、创伤性诊断和治疗项目；4、生物基因诊断和治疗项目；5、使用产生高能射线设备的诊断和治疗项目；6、其它可能对人体健康产生重大影响的新技术、新项目。二、我院对新技术项目临床应用实行三类、三级准入管理。
