1、摘要函证是一项审计术语，指注册会计师为了获取影响财务报表或相关披露认定的项目的信息，通过直接来自第三方对有关信息和现存状况的声明，获取和评价审计证据的过程。虽然我国审计工作逐渐规范化、制度化、法制化，但由于有大部分时候注册会计师从被审的单位以外的第三方获取函证提供的证据，并且常常采用书面原件的形式，如果运用的恰当，函证程序可以提供可靠性比较高的审计证据，并可以与实施其它审计程序获得的审计证据相互对应。但是，函证程序的实施、询证函的设计和函证结果的评价都会对函证程序提供的审计证据的可靠性造成一定的影响。因此，在注册会计师施行函证的时侯，应当保持一定的重
2、视。使函证能够有效发挥它的作用，可以验证被审单位账户余额的真实性，有效抑制被审单位的舞弊行为。与发达国家相比，我国审计的函证工作中仍存在许多问题，故正确认识、运用审计函证方法，尤其是把这一方法与我国审计实践紧密联系起来，对我国审计事业跨步发展具有深远影响。本文论述了三个具体的审计函证案例并进行分析，总结在审计函证中存在的问题，并提出相应的对策。关键词：审计；函证；风险；回函率ABSTRACTTheletterofcertificateisaterminology,referstothecertifiedpublicaccountantstoobtai
