1、盐城工学院本科生毕业论文2015盐城工学院本科生毕业论文2015基于财政视角的农村中低收入居民增收途径研究摘要：三农问题是影响我国经济持续发展和社会全面进步的重要问题，而农民收入问题则是三农问题的集中体现。农民增收是农业和农村经济发展的根本出发点和落脚点，有利于社会的稳定、和谐，有利于促进社会的平稳快速发展。因此对农民收入的探讨，如何增加农民收入显得尤为重要。本文从农村中中低收入居民的界定、我国农民低收入问题的现状、农民增收问题的意义入手，利用财政资源配置职能、收入分配职能、经济稳定职能的视角，通过我国的财政体系现状及存在的问题，探讨农村中低收入居民增收的因素，并从加大财政投入、
