3、duresforcollateralpricepriority.Therefore,thecollateralvalueshouldbechanged,shouldbetransferable.China'simplementationofthesocialistpublicownershipofland,inaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheconstitutionofthecity,urbanlandbelongstothestate,ruralandsuburbanlandinthecitybylawbelongstoallcountries,belon
4、gstopeasants'collectiveownership.Stateownedlandandlandcollectivelyownedbyfarmersmaybedeterminedtobeusedbyunitsorindividualsinaccordancewiththelaw.Therighttotheuseoflandmaybetransferredinaccordancewiththelaw,butthesaleandillegaltransferoflandownershipisprohibited.Therefore,inourcountry,landownershi
