1、后宅二小“‘鸡毛换糖’再出发”解放思想大讨论活动方案为贯彻落实市委十三届五次全体（扩大）会议暨市政府第三次全体会议精神，根据《中共义乌市委关于在全市开展“‘鸡毛换糖’再出发”解放思想大讨论活动的通知》（市委〔2013〕36号）文件要求，结合我校工作实际，现就后宅二小“‘鸡毛换糖’再出发”解放思想大讨论活动安排如下，请各科室、全体教职工按照活动方案要求，切实履行职责，做好有关工作。一、指导思想深入学习党的十八大、省委十三届三次全会和市委市政府全会精神，学习省委书记夏宝龙在义乌调研座谈会讲话和李一飞书记在市委十三届五次全体（扩大）会议暨市政府第三次全体会议上的报告精神。
2、结合我市教育事业“十二五”发展规划，围绕创建教育现代化市总体目标，深刻剖析自身存在的思想障碍，破除小富即安、小进即满思想，破除激情消退、贪图安逸，追求眼前利益、小我利益，明哲保身、不敢担责，敷衍塞责、推诿扯皮四种不良倾向。进一步增强改革发展的忧患意识、危机意识、前列意识、创新意识，进一步弘扬“鸡毛换糖”精神。引导教育系统广大干部职工艰苦创业、敢闯敢试、求变创新，始终保持昂扬向上的精神状态，全面激发系统干部激情与活力，兴起创新发展、转型发展的热潮。二、组织机构组长：季敬堂副组长：朱晓津朱堂忠杨晓庆陈朝阳张灿建何文英lowrotor,untilrotorofweight
