6、esign:ProjectEngineeringDepartment;Contract:thecontractbudget－13－《招聘与录用》实验指导书实验一：企业招聘与录用现状调查一、实验目的及要求（一）实验目的1、掌握组织管理社会调查的基本程序与方法；2、通过调查了解企业招聘与录用工作现状。（二）实验要求1、调查活动分组进行。全专业学生共分为6小组，调查前确定分组，并明确每小组的调查任务与安排；2、调查前，确定被调查的企业，并做好前期沟通工作，取得被调查企业的支持；3、调查过程中不得泄露企业任何资料；调查材料在完成报告写作以后全部上交给指导教师，不得复制与拷贝；4
