1、摘要改革开放以来，我国的中小型企业迅速发展，在国民经济发展中起着战略性作用。但中国的中小企业普遍面临着筹资渠道不畅的问题，资金严重不足从而阻挠了他们的持续快速健康发展。中小企业已经成为我国国民经济新的增长点，也是我国经济社会可持续发展不可或缺的重要生力军。然而，我国中小企业与发达国家相比还存在较大的差距，主要受筹集资金困难等问题影响。对于中小企业而言，筹资困难的问题往往影响企业的经营发展，而筹资渠道的确定和筹资方式的选择是筹集资金中最为重要的一环。因为筹资渠道和筹资方式的选择是否正确，关系到一个企业的生存和发展。因此，认真分析中小企业筹资存在的问题，选择适宜企业的筹资渠道和筹资

2、方式，以尽可能低的代价和风险筹措所需资金。总而言之筹资渠道的选择和确定是筹集资金过程中最重要的一个环节，中小企业的筹资难问题会直接影响企业的正常营运和发展壮大，因此，要对中小企业筹资现状进行认真分析，找出存在问题，并提出了解决我国中小企业筹资难题的对策。关键词：中小型企业；筹资渠道；筹集资金-25-AbstractSincethereformandopeningup,China'srapiddevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesplayastrategicroleinthedevelopmentofnationaleconomy
