6、66参考文献·····················································16一、设计任务书1.1设计题目设计课题:成批生产“阀体”零件机加工工艺规程及其夹具设计;设计零件:(参见图纸);生产纲领:年产1万件成批生产;1.2设计任务设计的内容包括如下几个部分:零件图1张AutoCAD或CAXA绘图后打印毛坯图1张AutoCAD或CAXA绘图后打印机械加工工艺过程综合卡片1套Word+AutoCAD或CAXA绘图后打印工艺装备设计(专用机床夹具)1套工艺规程制定后由指导老师指定,AutoC

7、AD或CAXA绘图后打印课程设计说明书1份Word排版后打印1.3、设计要求1.3.1总体要求:1)能熟练地运用机械制造技术课程中的基本理论,以及在生产实习中学到的实践知识,正确的解决一个零件在加工中的定位、夹紧及合理安排工艺路线等问题,以保证零件的加工质量。2)能完成基本的结构设计。学生通过亲手设计夹具(或量具)的训练,获得根据被加工零件的加工要求,设计出高效、省力,既经济合理,又能保证加工质量的夹具的结构设计能力。3)学会使用手册及图表资料。掌握与本设计有关的各种资料的名称及出处,并能够做到熟练运用。4)按时完成规定的设计工作

8、量1.3.2零件图和毛坯图要求:1)在分析产品零件图纸的基础上,完成零件图的绘制。注意审查图纸的结构和技术要求。2)根据产品零件图和给定的材料,设计产品毛坯制造结构及尺寸,完成毛坯图纸绘制。1.3.3工艺规程设计:1)确定所有加工表面的加工方法(链
