6、智慧的财务管理人才 学习形式： 财务管理专业学生入校前三个学期在文理基础学院进行通识教育课程及专业基础课的学习。之后进入专业学院学习财务管理专业课程。学习期间实行学分学绩制管理，学生可根据本专业指导性培养方案，结合自己的兴趣、爱好、特长，自由选择课程、教师、授课时间、学习年限，提前修满学分和学绩者可以提前毕业。学分学绩制充分调动了老师教学积极性和学生学习的积极性，充分体现了“以人为本”的理念，让学生掌握了学习的主动权。考核方式： 在每门课程学习结束后，均需进行两次考核，分为卷一和卷二。卷一由学校教务处统一根据题库组织命题工作，命题突出该课程的基本知识和基本技能，学生通过
7、卷一考试即可取得该课程规定的相应学分；卷二由任课教师自主命题，主要考察学生对知识的灵活运用能力，题目注重实践性、应用性，有利于培养学生对知识的实际应用。此外，卷二成绩还包括学生日常表现、平时成绩、单元测验成绩、期中考试成绩、实践课程成绩等组成，卷二成绩决定学生的学绩分数。这种考核方式改革有利于调动学生积极性，在优势课程上取得较高学绩，来补充劣势课程的不足，实现优劣势互补，突出个性化培养。培养目标：本专业培养德、智、体全面发展，适应区
